Revenue head as the name suggests it’s the charge code wherein revenues are being generated.
To create the additional revenue heads, please follow below steps.

mycloud System Admin>>Parameter Setup>>Revenue Charge Setup

Click on Revenue charge setup and new screen will appear wherein we need to click on “Add revenue charge” put a department name, put a revenue head, Descriptions, default price.
Then on the right-hand side, choose appropriate tax applicable.

Once done, click on Save. The revenue charge head is created.
The User is basically one who operates the system.
To create the user, please follow below steps,
mycloud System Admin>User setup

Once User setup is clicked, the page will be redirected to the new screen

To create the Role, please use below steps:-
The Role is defined as authorized access given to user based in his/her designation
Please follow below steps to create/amend a role
mycloud System admin>>user setup>>Create/amend role

A new screen will appear with all the roles in the system,
We can choose from the given role.
Access can be given by simply clicking blue text i.e. “
View only, No access, all access”
