How to Do Group Management

This segment will help us to manage the group reservation in detail further to the reservation. 

If we click on the group in the home screen, it will redirect us to Group Module, wherein we can create the reservation or open the existing one to do some changes. 

If we click on new, we will be redirected to the reservation screen to create the reservation. 

If we need to add some room or do any amendment, we need to click on “Search”. A screen will come and we can search the group using different parameters or simply click on search and we will be able to see all the existing group. (Image 27)

Click on the group which needs to be amended and we will be back to our group module (Image 28)

This screen is used to copy all the information to all the members, just click the details which needs to be copied and click on download. (Image 29)

This screen can also be used to copy the details selectively or all.(Image30)

This screen can be used to add the guest name, changing arrival and departure of any group member   or to select the group leader or different room type. (Image 31)

 

Clicking on + sign will help us to add the room.

Setting a folio instruction will help to bill for the group.


This is to set the routing option for the group, like let’s assume that all the room charges can be directed to group leader folio as group leader will pay or he will sign for it. (Image 32, 33)
