Logging in and Navigating Around the System
Logging onto mycloud
To log in and start using the PMS you would have to visit https://www.mycloudhospitality.com website and choose the log in option on right corner of the screen. You will then select live log in from the drop down menu. Upon selecting live log in you will enter log in page where you would provide your email and password along with the captcha credentials as shown in screen shot below.
Please note that the captcha is not case sensitive however your password is.
Once you have entered all the details you will be directed to the below page which will give you access to various modules available to you along with system admin page if admin access has been granted to the user.
PMS Navigation in General
For entering the PMS module please select ‘mycloud PMS’ as seen in the previous screen shot. Once entered you will see our home screen. All buttons in green on right side are quick shortcut keys which will take you to various functions of the system which you will be using for day to day operations like reservations, rate management etc. Each function on the function bar like Front desk , reservations etc has a drop down menu from which you can select various options and a tab would open up. Note that at any point you can have different 10 tabs open and navigate in between them while working. See the screen shot below.
Changing between products
You can change between products or visit the system admin page for setting up users by clicking the infinity looking button on right corner as shown in screen shot below:
Asking for help
You can always refer to your account manager via email/telephone/WhatsApp at any time however for quick questions please feel free to use the chat online function on your screen.
