About the Release

Modifications / Enhancements  

This release includes the following new modifications/enhancements:

1. PMS => Generate Blockwise MIS Room revenue report for room numbers:-

New report "Block wise room revenue_RoomNo" added under MIS revenue reports section of Manager reports. It is an Excel report so user can download or email the report. This report shows MIS room revenue for each room number in the group of block numbers.

There are three parameters based on which the report can be executed :
* Date from : Mandatory and cannot be greater than business date.
* Date to : Mandatory and cannot be less than "Date From"
* Block : Optional, the report will show rooms for the selected block, if selected.

A zip file "Block_wise_room_revenue_RoomNo.zip" will be downloaded/emailed for this report. To view the report unzip the file "Block_wise_room_revenue_RoomNo.zip" and open "Blockwise_MIS_Room_Revenue_RoomNo.xlsm" on the local machine and click on "Generate Report" button given on the excel sheet.

* Please be ensure that "Macros" are enabled on the local machine  

2. PMS => Print Reg Card from Individual screen:-

Now user can print the registration card from the individual screen also.

New user access has been introduced under "Individual" form for this function as highlighted below:  

3. POS => Increase number of pages to 10 on POS Item setup and POS cashiering screen :-

In older version there was a restriction on number of pages for POS item setup that user can configure the items for 5 pages only. Now user can define items in 10 pages thus increasing number of items to be configured.

In same manner user can navigate to 10 pages on POS cashiering screen if items exist on pages.   

4. POS => Search of items across the menus on POS cashiering screen :-

Search items have been introduced on POS cashiering screen, to search items across the menus for the selected outlet. A search icon has given on the left top of the items list as highlighted below  

On click on search icon, the system will open the item search screen with a text box for search. After search item can be added to check either by double click on the row.  

* User has to close the window manually as there may be chances that the user wants to add multiple items. The system will not close search window automatically on item selection.
