Welcome to mycloud commitment - Within FOUR working hours after receiving the fully filled up Parameter Setup Form, your account manager will hand over the account to you with all basic property setups completed. Once it is delivered the hotel can start getting familiar with the interface and spend time to get trained.
NOTE for system migration, we will share our import file with you in which you will furnish details in required format. Once we received the duly filled in data as per the format shared, we will validate the information provided. After validating the data your account manager will communicate the required working days to put all the reservations within our system. if any discrepancy found your account manager will highlight the same to you.
Your account manager will also check with you on availability and schedule a training time, you will be sent a online link for face to face training. To attend this training you will need a computer having working speakers and mic, connected to Internet (minimum speed 1Mbps).
Please ensure there are no inconsistencies across all OTAs in terms of categories and meal plans. Having less number of categories on some OTAs is still less risky but what is riskier is if they have an extra unmapped category on some OTA which is not informed to your account manager of information not provided in mycloud setup. In such cases, our setup team has to identify such issues and request the property to remove such inconsistencies. Since in such cases our setup team is entirely dependent on the property, therefore final handover depends on confirmation that OTA issues have been corrected.
Your account manager will initally setup few itms and masters in POS and thereafter train one of your appointed team members to enter rest of the POS data. Once the hotel confirms the data/ masters are completed, your account manager will verify and take the POS live within next one working hour.
SAMPLE TIMELINES if the hotel has provided all necessary information without delays

1. First Working Day : Sign up and payment received.
2. Hour Zero : You will receive parameter setup form link on confirmation.
3. Hour Four : After submission of parameter setup form, ONLY PMS account access with all basic setup provided.
4. Hour Four : Hotel can start operations by using our video tutorials and quick start guides.
POS : 1 working hour after receiving confirmation that masters have been completed by the hotel.
Social Media Listening : 4 working days from the date of receiving login for TripAdvisor and other supported OTA’s.
Email Campaigns : 2 working days after receiving the mail chimp login.
Software Interfaces : 1 working day depending on availability of credentials.
Hardware Interfaces : 7 working days depending on hardware and on site hotel system/IT expert availability.
You will be charged $100 as one time sign up fee.
By signing below you agree to subscribe to mycloud Property Management System and other above selected modules and services. Your billing will start from the day your property goes live and subscription value will be based on modules and services selected.
Please ensure all information entered is correct, some of the masters cannot be changed once created.

5. It is your sole responsibility to determine that the Software meets the needs of your business. No warranties: PFIPL gives no warranty about the Software. Without limiting the foregoing, PFIPL does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that it will be suitable for your purposes. You are requested to try out the solution offered on free trial and satisfy your queries and operational demands. To avoid doubt, all implied conditions or warranties are excluded in so far as is permitted by law, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and noninfringement
