How to Do Room Transfer
Room Transfer : Please follow the below step to transfer the room
Front desk Tape chart >> Right-click on the reservation >> Click on Room transfer
A new screen will pop up wherein we need to choose among Move, Paid Upgrade, Free Upgrade (Image 14, 15)
If it is a move then available vacant rooms will be shown below, if its upgrade Paid or free we need to change the room type to see the available room.
Once the room number is visible, we can choose the new room number simply by clicking on New Room.
The Only difference will be that for Move and Free Upgrade there will not be a change in tariff but for the Paid one tariff will get changed.
