This release contains the following new features and improvements.

 New Features

PMS: Interface => QikInn Interface

Qikinn is a comprehensive technology platform of well-tailored solutions that interact with hotel guests in all stages of their journey, from hotel search, and stay to post-stay. mycloud Hospitality’s latest integration with Qikinn application suite helps hotels engage with their guests in their hotel journey building loyalty, long-term relationship and also enhancing guest engagement and helping in increased revenues.

PMS: Interface => Thai Taxation

mycloud solution is now Thai tax compliance to empower Thailand hoteliers simplify the process while declaring tax to the Thai government and adhere to their rules.

PMS: Reports => Detailed Autopost Edit List

A new report has been added under “Night Audit Reports” to know “Detailed Autopost edits”. This report will provide you the details of each and every transaction along with the taxes posted at the time of the night audit.

 Improvements

• Guest Balance Report – We have added a date column in Guest Balance reports under “cashiering reports” to execute and export details for a particular date.
• Login Screen Modification – mycloud Login screen is further enhanced with Captcha for added security.
• History and Forecast Report – We have added a column in History and forecast report that will show “Confirmed Group Revenue” values.
