Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that the hotel check-in time is 1200 hrs and check out time is 1200 noon.
  • Reservations will be held until 6 pm (hotel local time) on the day of arrival unless guaranteed either by credit card, deposit or by the company letter on approval credit list of the hotel.
  • All guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 72 hrs prior to 6 pm on the day of arrival will be subject to a one-night Retention charge.
  • The Travel Agency voucher and payment must reach the hotel 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • No show guests will be charged retention fee for the number of night reserved and confirmed.
  • Any cancellation or modification fees are determined by the hotel. You will pay any additional costs at the time of modification/cancellation.
