What will mycloud booking button look like on my website?
A reservation calendar box and/or a mycloud booking engine link will be installed on your website so that your guests can access your booking engine system. Your current reservation box and links can also be connected to your mycloud booking engine.
Does the booking engine support multiple properties?
Yes. mycloud responsive booking engine can be integrated with the website of each property or with the corporate website where booking option is available for all properties. In both cases, you will get the reservation details in CRS.
How long does it take to setup a Booking Engine for my property?
After receiving the required information, mycloud support team does setup a booking engine within 48 working hours.
Who all will be notified when a new booking is made and how?
This depends on the email address listed with the OTAs and the Channel Manager.
Can I allow my guests to cancel their own bookings?
Yes. Guests can cancel their reservations any time from the extranet. If a reservation has been created from the channel then it should be cancelled from the extranet itself and not manually from the PMS.
How long does it take to set-up a channel manager for my property?
After receiving the required information, mycloud support team takes 5 working days to live the channel manager.
How often can I update prices and inventory?
You can update the prices and inventory on OTAs in real time with the help of mycloud PMS.
Does mycloud cost depend on the number OTAs I am connected to?
Yes. This is normally shared as a cumulative price for all the OTAs and we do not share breakup price OTA wise.
What all OTAs does mycloud connect to?
mycloud connects to over 200 OTA’s across the globe and new channels are being added every month.
Can I add or remove any OTA later-on?
Yes, To update OTA, you shall drop an email to the support team at support@mycloudhospitality.com after configuring/disabling the account on the extranet. 1 month prior notice is required to do changes.
