How to fix if concurrent user limitation comes while accessing mycloud Backoffice?

Steps:

Below is the URL, which will help the user to log in to mycloud Backoffice only to do user maintenance.

1) IP address 192.168.1.201 to change with actual server IP address.

2) Login to the application.

3) You may add the URL in favorite for quick access. (Optional)

4) System pops up the Login screen and takes to the below screen for user login management.

5) User can select the ideal users and remove the session from the queue.
