Interface File Uploading Dialogue Box Not Displaying

At times the dialogue box that allows uploading of the interface files in mycloud back office may not display properly. Please access the following document to know the steps towards fixing the problem.

While trying to upload the Interface Files in mycloud back office, the dialogue box appears like this:

To fix the above issue, follow the steps below:

1) Make sure IE version is 11

2) Shockwave & Adobe Flash Player is installed

3) Do the steps as mentioned below

  1. Open the "Internet options" in the IE11
  2. On the Security tab, select "Trusted Sites" from the zones, and then the Custom level button.
  3. Scroll down to Miscellaneous - "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server"
  4. Select Disable

4) Clear the Cache Files

5) Reset the browser

6) Include the Web Prol’IFIC URL in compatibility settings and trusted sites.
