Interface => E-Invoice => Malaysian E-Invoicing

We’re excited to announce the implementation of Malaysian E-Invoicing, aligning with the country’s digital transformation and tax compliance initiatives. This move enhances transparency, efficiency, and automation in invoicing.

🚀 Improvements

PMS => Reports

• Added a new filter to the Archive Guest List and In-House Guest List (With/Without Rates) reports and the report now correctly displays data and headers based on the selected filter.
• Provisional Occupancy Forecast: A new "Channels Only" filter has been added under Forecast Reports for a clearer view of channel-based occupancy.
• We have modified Early Check-in & Late Check-out to display guests who checked out beyond standard check-out time, validates check-in/out times based on property settings.
• We have added a new filter to rate variance report to let you choose to see all rooms or only those with rate variances.
• Guest Balance Report now includes guest arrival and departure details for better tracking.
• Deposit Ledger Details: It has been modified to display arrival and departure details for clearer booking insights.
• DBR Report Enhancements: (For offline Touché users) – It includes outlet-wise sections and categorizes payments as:

a) Covers – Shows quantity of transactions
b) Resident – Payments settled in room accounts
c) Non-Resident – Payments settled in non-room accounts

PMS => Cashiering

• System has been modified to calculate the GST tax slab rate based on Room and Extra bed charges applicable for same date.
• A new settlement code “Cash Paid out” has been introduced in the system and this is auto generated for any new property.

PMS => Reservation => Manage credit limit for Accounts Receivable

• New Reservation Creation has been modified to validate Accounts Receivable Credit limit and balance while making a booking.
