Creating User ID, Reset Password And Marking Not in Use
IF you like to create a user id from system admin after changing the product select user set up

Once selected you can start by clicking new and filling in all details. If you do not want you password to expire just leave the expiry date as blank and then save.
If someone has locked their account then click on open and select the person from the list. Upon selecting unlock the not in use and then select change password. Reset their password and hand it over to them
If a person has left the company and you do not want the person to access the system then open the persons set up using the steps stated above and then change their password and click not in use and save.
