WorldPay Configuration with mycloud Hotel Software

Interface - WorldPay

This document describes the WorldPay setup to change merchant's account into production environment.

This document is divided into the following sections : 

1. WorldPay merchant account configuration
 2. mycloud configuration 

1. WorldPay merchant account configuration : 

1. Login with merchant username and password 

 

2. After login below screen will be displayed. Select installation from left and click on edit payment pages. 

 

3. Select installation id from dropdown list for which do you want to configure the installation. Now click on edit payment pages. 

 

4. Select file management and upload the resultY.html and resultC.html file provided by mycloud technical team. 

 

5. Again select installation and then click on integration setup (TEST/PRODUCTION). 

 

6. Enter the '' tag in payment response URL and check the checkbox for payment response enabled? 


 If you want to setup payment response failure email address then enter email address and finally click on save changes button.  

2. mycloud configuration: 

After getting the confirmation mail from Worldpay team to switch the test mode to production. I have to switch the test mode to production on mycloud System Admin. To do this check the checkbox – Is production server.
