- To Perform Night audit, select Night audit Button which is in the extreme right hand side corner in home screen.
- mycloud PMS Night audit is automated 13 step process and you have click continue to perform that setup of operations. Please find the steps in detail
Now System will pop up Set of critical reports in a new Browser which can be printed, Please make sure you have enabled pop up and Printer turned on to print the reports or you can also save these reports in PDF format.
Congratulations: You have successfully completed Night Audit.
How to Print Report
To Print Reports – Select Report from the Dashboard
You can see List of Available Reports on the left-Hand Side
Reports are stored under two categories.
1. Reports only for today’s Date
2. Archived reports for Past days.
To Access Settlement Report – In Search Box Search for settle
To Execute Sales Report
Type Sales in Search and click on search
Please Input the parameter for reports
Critical Reports that can be printed and used for night auditing records
