Night Audit End of Day
Before starting to do the end of the day make sure all reservations are checked in and all reservations are checked out. You should also check if any bookings are on hold and if yes you should release/confirm them. If you miss any booking then that booking will essentially get cancelled in case of hold or be turned into a no show in case of an arrival that was missed.
To do so you need to follow the below steps. First, go to express services and check all bookings and arrivals in reserved. This should be blank with no arrivals before starting the NA.
Same with departures it should be no one still waiting. If there is, please check them out.
Also, check all hold bookings in case.
Once all is clear go into the night audit tab and witch to express mode
Once NA is done it will change the business date. Note you can also do it in classic mode and in this case continue clicking next until all 12 steps are done.
