About the Release

Modifications / Enhancements

This release includes the following modifications/enhancements: 

1. PMS => Blockwise MIS Room Revenue Summary :-

Blockwise room revenue summary report modified to calculate revenue based on the block defined on room number, instead of room type.
 In previous version, Blockwise MIS room revenue was being calculated on block number defined with room type. But there are cases where rooms, of same room type, can belong to different blocks. So Room revenue must be calculated based on block defined with room number. 

2. PMS => Modify MIS Dashboard to have intractive charts:-

MIS dashboard has been modified to show the data using interactive charts: 

On top right system will show Special guest icon, which tells that there are some in-house special guests in hotel. By clicking om icon user can see the list of in-house special guests.

Next is settlement section showing CASH, CARD, GUEST LEDGER and CITY LEDGER balance for the selected date.

Next section shows monthly (month of selected date) chart for "Occupancy", "Average room rate", "Room nights", "Room revenue", "F&B revenue", "Minor revenue", "Total revenue".

In this section system also shows the value of "Occupancy", "Average room rate", "Room nights", "Room revenue", "F&B revenue", "Minor revenue", "Total revenue" for selected date in blocks.

Trend chart can be changed by clicking on blocks for "Occupancy", "Average room rate", "Room nights", "Room revenue", "F&B Revenue", "Minor revenue", "Total revenue".

Next is occupancy/revenue/covers statistics section showing data for selected date, month till date and year till date.

Next is the detailed statistics section showing statistics for the Market segment, business source, room type, nationality, domicile, rate type, booked thru.

The system shows the different chart for different statistics like for domicile, nationality and country system shows geo location graph for rest of the statistics system shows bar chart.
