About the Release

This release includes the following new modifications/enhancements:
Guest feedback screen has been renamed to "Social media engagement". System shows the average rating from all sources ("TripAdvisor", "Booking.Com", and "Yelp") with breakup of number of reviews in "Excellent", "Very good", "Good", "Average", and "Poor" category.
System Shows the service analysis for "SERVICE", "CLEANINESS", "FACILITIES","VALUE","LOCATION","STAFF","SLEEP QUALITY","ROOMS","FREE-WIFI" with their average ratings given in all reviews.
System Shows the average rating for different sources ("TripAdvisor", "Booking.Com", and "Yelp") with total number of reviews.
System Shows the average rating and total reviews count for different geo locations in geo chart.
System Shows top file geo locations in the context of the number of reviews (volume).
System Shows the total reviews downloaded for the last 30 days.
Reviews (time line/posts) can be view by clicking on "Reviews" tab provided on the top left of the screen.
Web booking engine's Review tab also has been modified to show all reviews from "TripAdvisor", "Booking.Com", and "Yelp" with an average rating, individual source ratings, and service ratings.
