About the Release

This release includes following new modifications / enhancements:
System will allow to view the details of the transferred transactions from front office and will also allow to print folio from the same screen.
New action button "Details" given on statement of account summary and front office transaction screen to view the details of transferred transactions.
* Only archived guest folios can be printed from the screen.
Click on "Details" action button will open the transaction screen which will show all detailed front office transactions related to the selected transaction.
Folios can be printed by clicking on "Print Folio" button given on the top of the screen.
* "Print Folio" will open the bill of one folio only, for which front office transactions are being shown.
Two new reports added for day end financial figures.
1. "Day end financial report - 1"
2. "Day end financial report - 2"
* If above reports are not visible on the respected places, please verify user access from system administration for reports.
"Day end financial report - 1"
can be accessed from Cashiering report. The same report will be available under "Archive report inquiry => Day end financial report - 1".
Report includes following sections :
1. Total Balance Forward from yesterday
2. Department wise Revenue details with VAT breakup
3. Department wise Non-Revenue details with VAT breakup
4. Department wise Payment details with VAT breakup
5. Deposit ledger summary
6. VAT summary/analysis
7. Guest ledger summary
8. Debtor account / city ledger transfer details
9. Payment details
"Day end financial report - 2" will be available under "Archive report inquiry => Day end financial report - 2". This report is not available to be view from reports section.
Previously the system was allowing to login to Shift # 1 only, even user could change the shift to 1, 2, or 3 from header after login. But the system was keeping the last logged-in shift.
Now the system will keep track of logged-in shifts, if user log in to shift # 1 and later changes shift to 2 then the system will log in the same user to shift # 2 until user changes shift manually.
From this release "Express night audit" will be available on night audit process. Using "Express night audit" user can complete night audit process in a single click.
By default "Classic" mode will be available for night audit process. If hotel wants to make "Express night audit" as default mode for night audit, user can configure the same from mycloud PMS => System Configuration => Parameter Setup => Advance control setup => Step 3.
This release includes the following corrections/bug fixes:
1. PMS => Shift Archive reservation and report inquiry functions from menu :-
* In current verison, two modifications are done for functions shown under "Manager Functions" menu. "Archive reservation inquiry" and "Archive report inquiry" removed from "Manager functions" menu and shifted to the appropriate menu.
* "Archive reservation inquiry" has been shifted to "Reservation" menu.
* "Archive report inquiry" has been shifted to "Reports" menu
* "Individuals" has been renamed to "Reservations".
