This document describes the new features, modifications, and corrections effected in mycloud release sprint 1.0.1.0 6

About the Release 

Release Date: 27 January 2017 

Modifications / Enhancements 

This release includes the following new modifications/enhancements:

1. PMS => Cashiering => Option to post/correct charges for today's checked-out guests before night audit :- 

Previously system did not allow to post/void charges for a checked-out guest. Now the system will allow to post/void charges for today's checked-out guests before night audit is completed till "MIS update" step.

In PMS => Cashiering screen: There will is no change in screen for this category except some operations will be hidden like transfer/split.

 In PMS>> Night audit screen: Search will include checkout guests also (see below image)

* For "Today's checked-out" category system will have a user access based on which user will be allowed to post/void in today's checked-out guest

User Access Added = "COPOST" , "COVOID" under FDSK03 Cashiering screen

* Cashering => COPOST (Post charges-checkedout)

* Cashering => COVOID (Void charges-checkedout)

* Only users with these above access can post / void charges for CO guests depending upon permissions
* Checked-out guests type for which it is applicable : Where depart date is equal to business date.

Posting on Audit Date From Night audit Screen :

 As Post button on Cashering Screen will be clicked, a pop up message "This posting will be done on audit date. Do you want to post?"

* Note: No transfer/split will be allowed on today’s checkout guest

2. PMS => Reports => Trial Balance => New detailed format for trial balance :-

New detailed trial balance format has been added under trial balance section. This report will show the guest ledger, deposit ledger and VAT ledger breakup with balance forward and closing balances. 

3. PMS => Front desk => Provide drag-drop of in-house guests on another in-house/confirmed guest for room swap :-

Previously system did not allow to drag the inhouse guests on another in-house/confirmed guest for room swap from tape chart of front desk screen, now onwards system will allow to drag and drop in-house guests on another in-house/confirmed guest for room swap. 

4. PMS => Cashiering => Update Amount of the posting charge if quantity is changed:- 

The previously system was not updating posting amount while changing quantity. Now the system will update the posting amount as per the given quantity and price. New information "Price" has been added on the posting screen, which will be defaulted from the default price of the selected revenue charge. 

 Corrections / Bug Fixes 

This release includes the following corrections/bug fixes:

1. PMS => Night audit => Show user understandable guest lock message on initializing auto-post flag step of night audit, if any guest is locked by another user:-
