This document describes the new features, modifications, and corrections effected in mycloud Release sprint 1.0.1.2.5.

Modifications / Enhancements  

This release includes the following new modifications/enhancements:

1. PMS => CRS => Consolidated HQ reports (Pickup Report, Occupancy-Revenue Report):-

Three new reports have been added for CRS setup:

* Detailed Pickup Report
* Consolidated Pickup Report
* Occupancy-Revenue Report  

Detailed Pickup Report

Report will feature the following information for this year and last year
* Number of Rooms
* Room Nights
* Occupancy
* Revenue
* Revenue Pickup
* ADR (Average Daily Rate)
* REVPAR

Report also features pickup race for following information between this year and last year

* Room Nights
* Revenue
* ADR (Average Daily Rate)
 * REVPAR

* Report can have data date-wise or market segment-wise.
* Report can be executed for all properties of chain or for a particular property from the list of properties.  

Consolidated Pickup Report
Report will feature the following information for today, this month and this year
* Number of Rooms
* Room Nights
* Occupancy
* Revenue
* Revenue Pickup
* ADR (Average Daily Rate)
 * REVPAR

Occupancy-Revenue Report (Summarized)

Report will feature the following information for today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, this year and last year

* Room Revenue
* Rooms Sold
* ADR (Average Daily Rate)
* REVPAR * Occupancy
* Unsold Rooms
* Rooms Picked
* Food Revenue
* Beverage Revenue
* Extra Services
 * Total Taxes

Occupancy-Revenue Report (Detailed)

The report will feature the following information for today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, this year and last year

* Room Revenue
* Rooms Sold
* ADR (Average Daily Rate)
* REVPAR * Occupancy
* Unsold Rooms
* Rooms Picked
* Outlets Revenue
* Extra Services
* Collection- Cash-card- CL
* Segment Revenue
* Social Index
* % Social index change
 * Total reviews

Food Revenue = Total Food revenue for the day
Beverage Revenue = Total Beverage revenue for the day
Taxes = Total Tax/VAT/Service charge for the day
Extra Services = Total Revenue except Room, Food, Beverage revenue

2. PMS => CRS => Quick Reservation across the properties :-

* CRS Availability view => Quick reservation will be modified to create multiple bookings with the same data for multiple properties.

* Same confirmation number will be used to fetch the reservations across the properties
* Any of the bookings, generated from multi-property availability for more than one property, is modified for the following information then this information has to be updated on all properties including the profile

3. PMS => Reservation => Documents => New Guest Document Formats :-

The system has been modified to enable users to select a default for following documents
* Confirmation
* Amendment
* Cancellation
* Pre-Arrival
* Departure
* Folio
* Invoice
 User will be able to view the pdf samples for selected letters also

4. POS => Interfaces => Back office interface => Send Masters/Item sales to back office:-

If "Web Prolific" is enabled as backoffice/accounting interface, the system can send POS item sales and master can export to Web Prolofic.

This interface can be enabled from System Admin => Interface configuration => Accounting interfaces => Web Prolific => "Activate F&B Costing interface"

If "F&B Costing interface" is enabled then "Export debtors/sales" screen will be modified to have two more following options

* "Export POS Item Sales"
* "Export PSO Masters"

* If "Export Item Sales at night audit" is enabled then the system will transfer the POS item sales at the time of night audit for today's date.  

Export POS Item Sales
By selecting the option system will display the dates of the selected year.
* If the cell/date is in green background color it means that date has POS items to be exported to Web Prolific.
* If the cell/date is in pink background color it means that date has POS items already exported to Web Prolific.
* If the cell/date is in white background color it means that date does not have POS items to be exported to Web Prolific.  

Double click on cell/date, the system will open the window to display the POS items for that date

* If items are not exported to Web Prolific, the system will allow the user to export the items to Web Prolific by clicking on the "Export Now" button.  

5. PMS/WBE => Interfaces => Payment and Refund => Sage Pay integration :-

New Payment Gateway (SagePay) has been added to make online payment from Web booking engine and PMS
Following are the configurations needed to activate SagePay payment gateway
* All these configurations can be obtained from SagePay account

Using SagePay gateway, the following operations will be enabled in mycloud
* Payment from Web booking engine
* Payment from PMS
* Refund from PMS
The hotel can configure if online payment can be taken from a web booking engine or PMS or both.   

6. PMS/System Admin => Interfaces => Staah : Allocation from PMS and Configuration from System Admin with Room Type / Rate Code mapping :-

New Channel manager STAAH has been added in mycloud. STAAH can be enabled from System Admin => Interfaces Configurations => Distributions Channels => Staah

Channel manager configuration has been modified to have the Rate and Room type mapping between mycloud and channel manager. This feature has been enabled in case mycloud and channel manager having different room and rate type codes

Alocation can be added/updated for STAAH from PMS => Manager Funcitons => Channel manager

Corrections / Bug Fixes  

This release includes the following corrections/bug fixes:

1. PMS => Rate Management => issues with saving rates on a date range where the user clicks on "No" to save rate for a single date:-

2. PMS => Guest History => system was searching all profiles in case of mobile number also:-

3. Touche API => KOT => KOT application gets stuck after some interval of time. It does not print any KOT after that:-

4. PMS => Reports => Cashiering Reports => Tax Register => "Revenue" column was showing 0 for all records :-

5. PMS => Cashiering => Detailed Folio Display => Long Stay guests / Special accounts like POS Sales => If there are more than 500 transactions in folio, system takes long time to load the screen:-  

6. PMS => Reports => Manager Reports => Manager Report => "Rooms Occupied with Comp-HU" value was being calculated incorrect, it was adding COMP rooms in total occupied rooms:-  

7. MIS => Occupancy/Revenue/Covers => this section modified to show occupancy and revenue details under different heads. Currently was coming under the same head "Occupancy":- 

8. PMS/POS => Reports => Open report in PDF format, the report was being downloaded with ' in the file name, which was causing issues on machines where PDF was not set to open with adobe as default program:- 

9. POS => Cashiering => Settlement by Room / Non room accounts : "Search" button given on screen to be compatible for tablets :-
